Machinehead PowerCalc is a computer program that calculates a cyclists power requirements in Watts and horse power. The program allows you to adjust values for gradients (the effect of hills and gravity), wind speed, wind direction and air density, calorific efficiency of muscles or base load (calories required at rest).
